The Genimex Quality Assurance depends on only the highest standards for quality control. Genimex has a professional QC team permanently stationed throughout Greater China, which is experienced in a broad spectrum of manufacturing techniques and requirements. We have strict and standardized inspection procedures that cater to product complexity and type. Our Multi-Stage Quality Check System ensures that our inspectors are watching production at all the crucial periods throughout the procedure. For complex products, and new tooling, our inspectors may be on site for the entire production run. We often coordinate with accredited testing labs to further ensure quality.

Factory Audits
Our Quality Control Team, runs a strict audit system to ensure factories are financially viable, organized, and safe. We analyze production machinery, and output capacities to ensure production runs smoothly. We analyse all aspects of manufacturing facilities, including staff, from management down to internal quality control. We also prepare and educate factories so that they can pass additional external audits if needed. Different product types require different levels of quality, and we are familiar with all.
